We had disclosed that the sorted service measure documents placed on this site, were only a sample of all such activities which were available to our organization when we began retrospective analysis. Much was carried out without such written instructions. For example airbags were carried by an engineer (Lino Marques) in his baggage and a series of them were once removed from customers cars and exploded and replaced with what he carried in his baggage in our own workshop but we were refused any answers as to why. We faced threats for years for even asking. Our ultimate destruction in 2009 was top finally stop us from having any proof but we were totally unaware of the extensive service measure files which they could not remove from our office due to the attention that their removal would cause.
So they planned to remove them through some means later or wished that we would never put all the pieces of the jigsaw together. These documents would be beyond the scope of most laymen but in our case we simply did not imagine them to exist!!
Within months when both our family cars nearly killed us we started digging for answers in horror because it was the umpteenth time this suspicion had been raised in our minds. Now we finally had enough cases of Transmissions going into what the scanner (not dashboard!) calls emergency mode. Delving deeper we found that you could connect a scanner while such a defect was occurring and the dashboard warning system was blank, and the wildly fluctuating or totally abnormal values of all kinds of sensors could be seen live. At the time lifesaving functions like gearchange etc. are secretly turned off and in city traffic normal people would overlook such failures. These calculations are made at the highest level and are designed to avoid disclosure while sacrificing the minimum number of lives secretly. We firmly believe that even the number of persons who could statistically die must be actively studied in order to arrive at such a thorough system of cheating.
It started becoming apparent that many such pre-planned manipulations were being tried and re-tried by the entire R&D and service organizations of DAIMLER AG and this highly unethical behavior involved the dealers by hook or by crook. The depth of the scandal became clear enough that we decided to ask them for answers.
The story of what happened next is contained on this site to the best of our ability and we will strive to improve it and convince you that NOTHING HAS CHANGED….
Shown below is a sample of SERVICE measures from dates after our exit which are only centered around the W211 and W221 platform. We have only place a random sample of measures showing a serious further degradation in the criminal activities we witnessed as dealers.
Now you can see much more serious BULK REPROGRAMING OF CONTROL UNITS and huge violations like airbags being replaced going on as before. These documents are without the usual dealer instructions as we have from our own documents and were provided to us persons claiming to be Mercedes and Daimler insiders who were too afraid to speak out.
Once again we caution that analysis of this sample and its relationship to the entire scale of criminal activities should not be drawn from here.
Only demands on Daimler AG to fully disclose such documents and internal secrets could reveal the true scale.
Since it is not possible no sorting or confirmed data can be offered by us on the below documents. We only confirm that they are genuine and an entire database of such documents exists for other platforms (a clas b clas c class m class g class etc. ) which we cannot supply.
These documents arrived at our door anonymously so we refuse any further information on them. Due to the refusal of all authorities to be involved they are being shown here in the public interest.
